The meditation technique we teach is simple to learn, practical in application for our everyday lives. The only prerequisites are the ability to sit comfortably and close the eyes.

1. attend a free Introductory Talk

Often, many misconceptions exist about meditation, and therefore learning to meditate starts by attending an introductory talk. This is free of obligation and cost and is typically held on a Monday evening in Collaroy. Attending this introductory talk is a pre-requisite to the meditation course.

These talks provide an opportunity to develop an understanding of meditation and its benefits and relevance in our busy lives as well as to answer any specific questions that might arise. This also provides an opportunity to meet with your meditation teacher Corey.

2. enrol in a Meditation course

The meditation course offers personalised instruction in small groups which also provides the benefit of shared experiences and learnings. A combination of practical experience and theory is provided in order to establish a strong foundation of meditation practice.

Meditation courses are delivered in a comfortable residential environment in Collaroy (Sydney’s Northern Beaches), approximately 30 minutes from Sydney CBD. A course of instruction in meditation is offered over a weekend or four weeknights. By the end of the course students will be successfully meditating on their own.

The course also includes a private follow up session with your meditation teacher to further refine your meditation practice.
