The meditation that I practised during the course felt so good that it motivated me to keep up the practise after the course. It leaves me feeling rested, relaxed and helps to quiet my thinking mind. As a psychologist I often recommend meditation to my clients for the peace of mind and relaxation it provides which is helpful in dealing with stress and anxiety.
